Galleria Dell'Academia. If you only see one piece of artwork while you're in Europe, make sure it's Michelangelo's David. It's housed here in Florence. Book ahead. Ireland- hiring a car and driving around this beautiful green island has definitely been a highlight of my travels.
The Lake District, England Definitely my favourite part of England. Beautiful scenery, and so many things to see and do (especially when the weather is dry!).
Corsica. Up until my tour of Italy, I would have said that this was my favourite place in Europe. Make sure you visit Bonifacio and Santa Giulia (near Porto Vecchio)
Hotel Central, Bastia.This was one of the best hotels I stayed at. It's affordable, and it has really nice rooms. Really makes you feel like you're in France. http://www.centralhotel.fr/
Maastricht was my favourite city in The Netherlands, along with Amsterdam
Paris- so much to see and do, so little time...
