Above is Alex, skiing behind his new boat after work one day. It had been a hot day, and the water temperature that evening was 23 degrees! It was so nice, that I decided that I would give it a go!

Elise came flew to Launceston (from Melbourne) to come to Festivale with me! We had a great afternoon eating, drinking and listening to music.

Black truffle icecream. That's the fungi variety of truffle, a pretty interesting taste. Elise and I decided that it was the bluecheese equivalent of icecream. Glad I tried it, but I won't be ordering it again anytime soon.

Melbourne Trip
I spent a few days in Melbourne last week, catching up with some friends. Elise, Jenny and I visited the Melbourne Market on Thursday morning buying some fresh ingredients to make a four-course Italian Meal for some friends that night.
